I am a certified practicing valuer (CPV) with full current registration with the Australian Property Institute and have over 25 years experience in both real estate and property valuation.
I provide accurate, independent property valuations to both private and professional clients and businesses throughout Melbourne. My reports are accepted by the courts, the Australian Taxation Office, The State Revenue Office, Council’s and all professional bodies.
I grew up in Melbourne and started off in the real estate industry in the 80’s and moved into property valuation following the completion of a Bachelor of Business (Property) at RMIT. In addition to valuing through Melbourne and its surrounds, I have also worked in Queensland, Northern Victoria (Albury/Wodonga and alpine regions) which has given we a wealth of experience to draw on. I have valued a plethora of properties including beach boxes, historic buildings of Melbourne University, recycling/waste depots and ski lodges.
I am offering my valuation service direct to clients seeking accurate, licenced property valuations at competitive rates. I am able to offer these services at these rates by not having office administration staff and managers and connecting with clients direct.
