To obtain Certified Property Valuer (CPV) status in Victoria you are required to have a tertiary qualification in property and have successfully completed a panel interview with the Australian Property Institute (API) Board of Examiners following two years of full-time supervised valuation practice. Annual membership to the API require strict ongoing professional development.
