Commercial and industrial properties are valued with a long-form report from $975 + GST, with a 7-day turnaround.

Is GST included in the prices?
No. All prices on this site are shown before GST, which is added to the invoice.
Why are prices shown as "from"?
The starting price covers a standard property. Larger, unusual or high-value properties, long-form reports and retrospective dates can take more work. Tom confirms the price before you book, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer discounts for updated valuations?
Yes. If Tom has previously fully inspected the property, an updated valuation is charged at a discounted rate.
Can I get a desktop valuation for a property over $1M?
No. Desktop valuations are for residential property under $1M. For property over $1M a kerbside valuation, with an external inspection, starts from $500 + GST.
